most likely your bank blocked you from further purchasings to avoid fraud, some kind of security system. what you have to do us contact your bank and verify the ingame purchasings and they will unblock you

or you just load up on itunes cards and use their balance to buy gold, never got locked if using gift cards

iTunes can lock you out, but they vary wildly.

Sometimes I've done my entire months purchase at once no problems, other times locked out after 5 vaults.

Yes, it could also be your bank, but typically they'd call you after they've done it.

I'm running into that same issue. It seems I can't buy gold back to back. I have to wait a few hours in between and only the lower gold count. If I try the vault it's a total no go. I hope apple fixes this quick!
