I'm not even sure where I sit in this anymore, other than annoyed. Gree pegged one of my accounts for violating their T's & C's, which frankly I have no idea what that means (other than what I've just read on another similar post, apparently I'm either verbally abusive or a hacker in my sleep). I've had this issue with my account since the Dead of Winter LTQ began, more or less, but the problem I really have is this:
Gree removed my character from the game without any forewarning, and I ran my guild with that character. As a result, the Guild Leader has been "banned" (with no justification for that action whatsoever), and no one was promoted to Guild Leader in my stead.
My guild is without the ability to build walls, purchase guild bonuses (they are about to hit 144 mil, if they haven't already done so during my absence), or anything else that requires Guild Leader privilege.
All I'm asking for is Gree to step in and promote one of my Officers to Guild Leader. I don't care who, though I have a preference for Sseverin (956-251-334) because I know he's a great guy and would make a good leader. My guild is/was The Sailor Scouts, 166-376-313.
Many of my guildies have already sent messages to Gree, along with myself, but there is no reply. The only thing I've done differently was actually buy gems during the 40% off sale - as a result, I got booted out and my guild is left leaderless. I'd love a refund for the gems, an explanation or an apology for the ban, but I understand the corporate world and I also understand neither of these actions are likely to be taken, simply because Gree will not reply to my e-mails anymore. But skipping over all the idealistic garbage, all I'm asking for now is that Gree appoint an officer to Guild Leader on my behalf, because I would have done so long ago if I ever suspected I might be in violation of something.

Ya panda/Erin is are sailor moon with out her we are lost and have no direction.
Please unban are leader or at least give us a leader as panda has said.

I am also a proud member of the Sailor Scouts. 7 days ago, I sent a ticket to GREE asking them to resolve this issue. Their response, "Please inform your leader to raise a ticket, so we can make the necessary changes to his account." Just make the changes! We are without a leader, cannot build walls, cannot control the guild, and we sail without a rudder.
If you have to suddenly ban our leader, please give us a clear reason. The consequences of this hasty action has damaged our guild. Please promote Sseverin (956-251-334) to guild leader so we can sail again.

Omg I used to love watching sailor moon. I picked my username in homage to her ;-p anyways just wanted to say that it sucks what happened to your guild. I think if GREE does ban someone it only makes sense to let them know the reason for banning them. Also if a guild has their leader removed it only makes sense that one of the officers should be promoted in their place. Default should be oldest officer and then the members can vote and change it if necessary.

It was a great show! a definite go to when making my guild.
Anything would have been better than what I understand has happened - officers are there, but no one actually has any power to do anything but allow someone to fill the vacant seat. Not like the new recruit is going to magically become Guild Leader.

Ok - Now I am a bit upset.
While I am glad that the Sailor guild has resolved their problem, it irritates me that there must be a hierarchy or preference as who gets tech/customer service and who doesn't.
My husband's game crashed OVER A WEEK AGO! (Sunday, July 7th to be exact)
I emailed GREE from my game on Sunday, right after it happened. I provided his game name (ROCK the GREAT). His player ID (598-078-024) and the details.
He bought gems the day before (July 6th) He was playing the game on his iPhone 4s. It kicked him out. When he tried to go back in, all it would do would go to the screen that says "connecting to server" and then it goes back to the home screen of his iPhone.
I got an email from GREE on Thursday (july 11), and they asked if the problem still existed. There was also a ticket number - 723644. They said that a specialist would be happy to assist me. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THAT HAPPY SPECIALIST!!!!! I emailed immediately back and told them the problem was still occurring.
I HAVE NOT HEARD A SINGLE WORD OR EMAIL _ NO COMMUNICATION WHAT SO EVER!!!
Here it is now July 14th. My husband's character - ROCK the GREAT - is our guild's founder, leader, and guardian. This problem affects the whole guild.
We have been patient and polite. We both have spent money on gems for this game and it is one of the past times that we enjoy together.
How is it that some get their problems fixed quickly and others (like us) get ignored?

Lobo, a suggestion.
At the top of the forum there is the forum bar for wht forum your in,in this case general. Hit the first one it says forum. To down to the bottom of that page and you will find technical. Repost your question there, hopefully someone in support will pm you.

Yes...at the bottom where it says "contact us"...I did that...nobody responded. I did that yesterday.

Reset of account or transfer takes 2 weeks. Period. Ask lady OM. Multiple guild members all say at least 2 weeks, sometimes a month. Sorry.
