In Game Timer

I am greatly appreciating the new in game timers Gree put in on the last update but can anyone tell me about the timer at the top of the Conquest of Kings page? I'm a little confused as to what this timer is for. The battle for Glacial Pass ends on 15th July right? So why do I have a countdown timer at the top that says 16d: 16h: 33m: 18s ?? What is this timing? Is it just a mis-calculation on Gree's part and they just need to adjust their clock or have I missed something?
