Unit buildings

If I got my unit buildings to L10 so I unlocked all the units to buy and then sold them, would I still be able to buy those units ? I am wondering because I can still buy them if they have been taken out by an attack.

No. My level 10 War Factory magically disappeared from my base one day and when I went to do a mission that I needed a unit from a level 4 War Factory for it wouldn't let me. I had to rebuild and upgrade for the units.
