View Full Version : Should have a confirm button when clicking on use gold.

I have just accidentally click on the use gold button for faster finish of upgrading of building again as my device is lagging again. Gree should put a confirm button when if we want to use gold for whatever reason. As this is not the 1st time that I have used my gold due to my device lagging. For the past 3 times that I have accidentally used my gold due to my device lagging. They have not refunded my gold. Will gree do something about this?

Do you realise just how much profits are gained from accidents??
This is not a new complaint, its been there since the game begun..and its never been acknowledged for a reason
i suppose..but then again they do actually refund accidental purchases now and then, especially with large amounts

This has been a big problem for me, it's happened at least 4 times with large amounts of gold. Each time they have set things right, but i agree it would be so much easier with a confirm button

It has happened to me probably 5 times. Everytime i got my gold back. Send a ticket in.

gree knows how much extra $ they earned because of accident clicks, so will they put a confirm? answer is obviously.

Send In a help ticket. They will be slow, but after the obligatory auto response a week or two from now, they will give credit.

Oh god! I wish I had known this a little sooner.... did this multiple times already. that's why i lost my interest of purchasing gold because they would be wasted anyway because of these "accidents".

Send a ticket in I done this on my vault and they gave me the gold back after a few weeks just wish they could sort all problems as easy

Yes, There must be a cofirm button whe clicking on use gold.
I accidently use many gold on many thing totally meanless.
It is very easy to change the program and realize this function.
Maybe GREE want us to accidently use more gold to make more income.
But the real result is I will never buy any gold if there is always so many accident.

There is now a confirm option for speeding up builds in the update... enjoy.
