Adding Allies Problem

Since a week or so, my 5 allies per lvl up are not added anymore. Up to lvl 88 all worked fine (max ally count 440) but now i've reached lvl 90 and still stuck on 440 allies. I must have added some 30 friendcodes and vips since then, but no change. Am i the only one, or more players have this issue?

No, you are not the first. There has been a thread about this. I am over level 100 so i can have 500 allies, the max but i can't. I am stuck below that number and even if i add 30 people in rapid succession, the number of allies remain the same, below 500. That number does not change whether i add or delete allies. I figure i probably have over 600 allies at this point so my profile should list me as having 500 allies but it does not. Most of my friends have experienced this as well. We all emailed gree about it but so far nothing. Well, here's to hoping something gets done.

I cannot add allies either. I have leveled up 4 times and nothin.i have tried everything I can think of: reinstalling, adding through VIP, adding guildmates and a lot of patience.

A number of my guildies with 500 allies are reporting the reverse. Where before they could drop one ally to go to 499, they now have had to drop as many as 23 to get down to 499.

That reverse is a function of picking up allies from a long ago request for me; months ago i went to the add allies forum & jammed in i don't know how many #s. i try to stay at 499 & keep finding myself at 500 shortly thereafter. i let it go for a few weeks & then had to drop 20 or more to get back to 499. and today back to 500. eventually all those old ally requests i sent out will be answered or rejected and ill go back to having the control i want again

I am having a similar issue as Mortus. For the last 2-3 weeks (that I've noticed), I have had great difficulty increasing my ally count. It was maxed beyond my level for a long time so this could be something that only recently became apparent. I'm level 95 so should be able to max at least up to 475.

What I see is that I seem to be able to add ONE ally if I get requests, and select "Accept All". I just accepted 3 requests and went from 447 to 448. Selecting individual "Accept" for requests results in no change. Making requests myself doesn't seem to ever result in raising the #. I've sent at least 50 requests from posts here or in game (codes from guildmates or profile comments) in the last 2-3 weeks, and have not seen any increase from these.

Gree, is there any known issue or fix with this?

I have the same problem adding allies. I'm level 89, should show 445 allies, been stuck on 425 for several level-ups. Adding dozens of ally invites from the forums doesn't help.

Logging a support ticket doesn't help. Gree have twice ignored my problem and responded with the standard:

Thanks for the inquiry. You are limited to 5 allies per level that you have, with a hard cap of 500 allies. To add more, you can comment on a rival's wall with your invite code, or find other players on our forums located at http://www.funzio.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?41-Add-Allies.
