I seek to tap the wisdom of the all knowing ones in the Forum.

A guy just posted on my wall. He's level 27, I'm level 148 - I don't think I'm in his battle list.
He is not in my ally list or in my guild. How is this possible? Did I miss something, or has something fishy occurred?

Thank you

Is he an ally..??if not then I don't know how he can contact you.

I'd think that he saw you posted on someone else's comment wall, and replied off of that post.

Can't be done. Ally or guildy, or from the list.

That is a possibility, Hersh, thanks. Didn't occur to me that the reply button might actually have worked.

Let's say you posted on my wall, and then he came along and saw your post on my wall. If he hits reply, it will not put the reply on your wall. It will be on the mutual ally's wall.

Are you at max allies? If so, and you added him, he will not show your ally list, but you can show on his if he was not at max allies. Alternatively, he could be someone you added a long time ago and now you just can't scroll that far back to see your earliest additions.

someone on KA reported a similar problem, he was about level 100 and got lots of attacks from level 20s and stuff

That's just funky. I HAVE had my rival list bug once. When I was ~14, I had some kinda glitch, where all day my rival list was full of level 130+. Good thing I didn't raid back then :P. Only 2 things I can think of.

Thanks for the input, people.

Turns out he is a "clone player", and bragging about it.

Not sure what that is, but I guess it's some sort of hacker?

Trust your instincts!

It has to be he has tapped reply from someone else's wall. I do this when I'm recruiting for my guild otherwise all I can recruit are people from my level. If I go through a rivals wall post and see someone that seems unrelated to my rival (like someone just posting an ally request) I will tap reply and send them a message too. Then I check their stats if they request. Nothing wrong with it in my eyes, wall comments are public and if anyone wants their wall more private then they should delete their messages regularly.
