A key member in my syn just upgraded to an iphone 5 and the transfer didnt work... he also traded in his old phone so he cant try it again...ticket #710514... any help speeding this process along would be much appreciated.. he has spent serious money on this game and I need him for the upcoming battle.. thanks

iOS transfers no longer work cluff, the only way we can transfer is directly through support. I actually just transferred someone's account to my other ipad via support, took 2 weeks to get the "if your still having problems reply to this email and a specialist will look at it" then I replied re-stating the problem and they transferred his account to my device within 24hrs. Impressive speed once the tickets actually reach their inbox.
