Requirement for recruitment:
1) Must be very active during World Domination Event
2) Defend required for the following levels
level 1 - 100 to have a minimum defend of 100k
level 101 - 150 to have a minimum defend of 180k
level 151 - 200 to have a minimum defend of 250k
level 201 - 230 to have a minimum defend of 400k
level 231 - 250 to have a minimum defend of 500k
