Scramble for the Capital - Mission Resets

Has anyone else had missions reset during the LTQ? I do not mean the prestaged ones but after finishing one then having to do it again.

for me only once on (if i remember correctly) mission 7 to 8/20.

I just had to kill the Guerrilla Commander twice and had several others as well

I'm still on the Hapless Civillian on mission one since it force closes on me every time, but this has happened to me in past LTQs. I noticed sometimes when it resets and I have to re-hit the target again that if I waited like 5 minutes and logged off and logged back on then the mission would finally register as completed.

Does it happen even if you restart the game or go back to base when it happens?

Similar has happened to me before and first I hit the target again but then I tried to go back to base and then go back to the mission and then it was completed.
