Gold disappearing

First suddenly 200 of my gold had disappeard, next day 3 gold disappeared.
No response from support.
Is this happening to someone else?

Be persistent but cordial with support. If you get automated, scripted responses just continue to reply to them. Eventually, you will get it refunded. May take a month or two but thats the reality of it.
