Scramble for the capital issue

Hey all I have an android and still do not have the scramble for the capital event. It is now 6 hours overdue their 2pm PST. Anyone else having this problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I have deleted reinstalled and checked for updates, still nothing. This has happened last 3 times after war.

What level are you? Normally you have to be level 40 to participate in these events.

As soon as I hit level 40 it appeared immediately. Don't remember if I had to exit the game and come back in but it was there.

Yes i do not have the ltq, plus i am getting forced closed again.

Have you said the "A" word yet? as soon as you do GREE will stop caring

Faction member had the same issue. Try restarting your phone

I actually have the event, but cannot play. It force closes every time I try to do the the first mission. I have tried at least 30 times. Why am I surprised anymore? Just another day with another Android problem in Modern War. Unfortunately it seems Gree could care less since I used the "a" word. The game was actually tolerable until the update just before the FvF Tournaments started. It always had lots of problems beforehand, but in hindsight I never knew how good I had it back then.
