Looking for 4 players to replace dead weight in a TOP 750 faction

Trying a new recruitment approach. I am tired of the recycling program that happens after each war. We are looking for a group of 4 or more who feel they put the effort in and watch others not show up again and again. If you and a few buddies from the same faction feel what I am saying give us a shot. We have great bonuses and with the right additions we could make big moves.

You need to be active, continually improving your stats. Donate daily with a minimum daily donation of 1 mill. War participation is a must...this is not a camping faction. We use an outside app for communications. Our war coordination and strategy is militant and proven. We encourage you to share tips to help others improve. We are a fun, friendly group.

Our faction bonuses are:

Health Regen: +25%
Infantry Attk: +5%
Infantry Def: +20%
Ground Def: +15
Air Def: +10%
Sea Def: +10%
Building Def: +25%
Building Output: +10%
Guild Member Increase:+16

I just did a post about looking for players. we could probably make room for 7. I am slayer, an officer in the SEC Faction. We are 750 faction the last 3 wars, averaging 690. I am talking about creating A team and B team. You send me your best and most active. I send you 7 or 8 not active enough for a push to top 150. These guys are good players. All scoring around 20k and stats over 100k. They could work their way back up tothe main group as anyone in your faction could.
