We have chosen to fight every other war free. We fought poland free and finished in the 280's. we have several vaults ready for Australia. Top 250 is guaranteed, higher if the opportunity presents itself.

We are looking for:
@-active players..very active
@-low level are welcome but must have ability to get ally count above 500
@-boosted attack at or above 100k. (Include where you are at in pm. I don't mind a project-player if the commitment is there)
@-willingness to use outside communication

Just bought 2nd ground attack. 3rd infantry attack on deck. Come join a faction that as work to do that gives you the option to spend gold or not. We are fine with top 400 every other war, but we sure want top 150 this time.
