OMG Mr.Sirius..it s u c k all my gems! 1650 gems are just vanished when i accidentally press the vault increase instant button. It doesn't make any sense. Why there is no confirmation button for this? Really who cares for instant increase? It is really really frustrating!!! Just think yourself is it genuine? Can you s u c k 100s of gems with out confirmation? Are you ready to give my gems back? Never!!! I want to help my guild for guild quest..but all my gems are gone, so what should i do??? My question is why no confirmation for instant?????
And why i posted it here is, i don't have the access to post a thread here..doesn't make sense! Why don't a new joiner in the forum can post a thread? Why don't you have moderators for that? If u have moderator, he can take care of all the posts whether a senior or junior doesn't matter.
Finally what should i do? I just feel to leave the game when players are getting s c r e w e d up like this.. A full mountain of gems..just vanished, how frustrating this is!!!!! You won't prosper like this..u can never!

Send a support ticket to them.
they took back my accidentally purchased armour, and gave me my gems back. When I made a similar mistake, granted a smaller mistake, but they did fix it.

Just send a ticket. I did the same thing and was given back 1200 gems. It will take about five days but at least you get them back. It's annoying but not the end of the world.

There is a thread about requesting gree to add said confirmation button to gem usage. Just not sure where in these vast forums it is.

I had not planned on spending anymore money on Kingdom Age. After seeing all of the good hero weapons and armor, I'd break my stance of not spending on this game in order to acquire that gear.

Haha, I'm glad I'm not the only one who has done this recently. I just blew 1540 gems today in one push of a button for the vault increase when I was just trying to vault my gold. I'm as upset as you about it but I'll wait until the ticket is resolved before I pass judgement.

Not to worry, as that happened to my 1600 gems and i got it back like 5 days later.
Just hope it's in time for the war ahead.
And for the confirmation pop up regards to gems usage, we did bring it up at the announcement page where Gree ask for suggestions to improve the game.

Just got back my 1000 gem vault increase. They return your gems no problem. Just ask and give time/ date. It took 9 days for me.

Jonny, you've jumped to the conclusion that they didn't reverse the vault. Also note, given the 9 day response time, and the fact that he'd already paid for the upgrade, the upgrade would've finished naturally anyway.

Hi senior kid..do you really play the game? Have u increased the vault limit anytime? Can you do instant finish with out starting the upgrade? To start the upgrade, u need to spend gold and then you can instant it. And what you are complaining and whom? Better if you can, raise your voice to keep a confirm button like in selling a building. Then no chance of 'accidentally' word and no tickets at all. They are not giving the cake and not asking us to eat. Here we are spending money..got it !!! and playing the game day and night with all interest and accidentally pressing one button instead of another may happen. Some people truly have no understanding of product marketing. Truth is GREE ran that sale at a great time... right smack in the middle of a bunch of LTQ events. Peeps don't have a perfect idea of how many gems they'll need to get through, so they buy what they think they'll need.

Low and behold however, it won't be enough gems because players underestimated their gem needs and/or GREE 'pumps up' the remaining LTQs before the next war which will require more gems anyway.

Now that said player base has made their investment and begun grinding away at the LTQs, what do you think will happen when they run out? The "I've invested this much already to come this far..." logic will set in and GREE will make a second killing at full price as players try to finish the LTQs they've begun.

Sales are turned on at the right time and with the right controls to the benefit of the company. They are a tool to be combined with existing and new goods and services to generate revenue. Regardless of whether you think so, sales are not created for your benefit. You merely have the choice to benefit from them by spending your money while they're active.
