Check your WD Prize Boosts - Someone screwed up again.

I just noticed my boosts looked a little screwy in my profile. It looks like the unit of measure on the Poland WD events are screwed up.

For instance, the Infiltrator Frigate says +5 Sea Defense not +5% Sea Defense. And in my profile page, I see 2 lines for sea defense now. One says 45% and the other says +5.

Same story on the other units as well. Good one Gree.

And before some mod comes on here and asks if I've submitted a ticket, the answer is "YES!"

On the brighter note, I just got a pop-up when I signed into the game confirming what prizes I won during the last faction PVP tournament that ended... what? 8-10 days ago?!

Top 75: Komandosow Agent (I) 2150/2081 (Shows +8% more Defense from Infantry)

Krzensiny Fighter 1900/1260(A) (Shows +1 additional Valor from attacks)
NSW Machine Gunner 750/1150 (G) (Shows +15% more Defense from buildings)
Insurgent Buster 640/509 (A) Poland? (Shows building upgrades cost 2% less)

Everything from Top 400 down is not displaying correctly.

Top 400: NSW Machine Gunner (Inf) (+15% More defense from building) showing, "+15" in bonus section.
Top 500: Inflitrator Frigate(Sea) (+5% more defense from Sea) showing, "+5" in bonus section
Top 750: Insurgent Buster (Air) (Building Upgrade costs 2% less) showing, "-2" in bonus seciton
Top 1000: Mission Emergency Transport (Air) (+3% more defense from air), showing "+2" in bonus section.

Anyone have a screenshot of the prizes. I'm trying to work off memory and while i can recognize a fair number of new units if they have under 500/500 stats and have a repeat image there is no way i'm going to remember them all.

+5% and +5 are not the same thing Gree. One is a nice boost, the other is no better than a cheap unusable cash unit. We got screwed.

+3 Air A (Every Unit gets +3 attack. IE a stealth Bomber gets 53 Attack before adding in boosts)

The boost modifiers are actually a good thing for "Weaker" Players but i believe they are being miscalculated.

Breakeven points are hard to say because it will depend on your other modifiers.
However Defenseive buildings it probably helped majority of all players

Now if you take Sea for example: If your Average Sea unit has a Defense of 100 D then getting +5 or 5% is the same right? Well no... +5 is actually better because you will get 105 and then it will be multiplied by your def bonuses:

So for example Before the War i had 65% Sea Defense. This would have given me 70 Sea Defense.
If i have 500 Sea units with an average of 100 Def with 70% more defense that is 85,000 Defense from my Sea.
However with the new bonus i have 500 Sea units with an average of 100 def with 65% more defense gives me 86,625.

Bascially i expect powerful players to get more powerful when the fix is implemented and "Weaker" players to drop down. What that cutoff is really depends on what your army looks like and what percentage is Air/Sea.... I'm going to guess though that those under 250k-300k will see a drop in stats when its fixed.

Ohh no they still need to be fixed just trying to figure out why it's not raising red flags for most people. The boosts are working...just not as advertised.

Right, everybody that got one of these "miscalculated" units, got a boost to their stats. Just not increased as advertised... so to speak..

This is an interesting mix up.. And even more odd that no admin has even posted confirming the oddity and posted thatthe programmers are "looking" into it..

hi guys tks for d post yes i got prizes from Wojska Howitzer & below.

i calculated d raw attack gain i would get & it amounted to 8,800. but i actually received a boost of close to 14k? not sure how it works but i'm thankful for that =)

btw is d +5 sea defense = to all ur sea units in battle receiving a +5 to their stats? or perhaps a +5 to ur overall defense in ur skill tab(d one dat plays w/ random factor etc)?

FYI -

New database set was just pushed out, and, and..... wait for it.. the display is still showing the errors. I want to say that my stats changed,( went up maybe) but I am on android, so I cant say for certain what the change was associated with.

Total bonus display
Upgrade cost (-2), listed separately from upgrade cost listed as a "%" number
Air Attack (+3), listed separately from Air Attack "%" number
Sea Defense (+5), listed separately from Sea Defense "%" number
Building Defense (+15), listed separately from Building Defense "%" number

I have a screen shot of the bonus' and yes they all show a % after the number.... But not on the actual boosts received :-(. Dunno if it's just a visual glitch or if boosts haven't worked!!!

Hey Guys, the data deploy containing the boost display fix for the Poland rewards has just gone out. Please update your data set to 20130702_5. You can check your data set by opening your in-game Menu, tapping on More, and then About. To update, allow your game to run for 10 minutes, and then exit/restart.

Looks like the Dispay finally changed for me.
So was it a display glitch only?
I see that my profile no longer shows that error however my stats had virtually NO change up or down?
My concern is they Display was changed but not the calcualtions.
