Faction players ranking

Maybe a bit a noob question but here go's lol...

On the battle screen where you see what faction your up against We have 3 Ways of listing players.

Faction rankings, Record and total points.

What is the faction rankings list all about?
Is what rank we are in terms of Private,major ect or somthing else?

It looks to me like it sorts alphabetical by name - nothing to do with rankings etc

no it's when you came in the faction, the last in the faction? At the bottom of the list ;)

Good point, I was meaning if you sort by ranking but forgot about the initial order being based on join date.

the first order you see in the list are the ones who first attacked the rival faction or the one's being attacked first by the enemy or rival faction.
