Dear Wise One, I encountered a serious bug with my account. After doing the update, I am left with no training fields. Everything is empty & reinstallig it countless times doesn't help. Have send emails to Gree. Around how long will they reply. 3rd July is around the corner...

Can u just rollback my account to before the update patch?

I lost al my training fields to after doing the update. I have send mails to gree. They send reply, but im still sitting with non training fields.

Justice: Try sending Gree a ticket and at the same time send WiseOne a PM. He's alone moderating the forums and is also involved with other projects.

Haven't receive any news.. 3 days without gold is really painful... Pls give me your understanding for posting regularly... Hopefully someone can reply me or give me a suggested solution..

Ok, have now had a couple more people say this problem has happened to them as well...
At least one of which is considering it to be a sign to quit the game, and that's after playing for months and passing level 200 awhile ago.
Think someone needs to get on this bug, and squash it (or at least ride it for a full 8 seconds)

I stopped playing Gree games for a few months, but decided to play again. Now that I'm starting to get hooked at least in K&D, then came another bug. It has left my kingdom empty w/o any source of gold as well. It's been 2 days yet no news or update from Gree. If this doesn't get sorted out this week, perhaps it's a sign to delete Gree games altogether for good.

Dear Wise One, I finally receive a reply from Gree. But all they could say is please reinstall app & update it. Really hoped that I can receive another reply. Especially after I have mention that I have reinstall the app @ least 20-30 times... :/

If u can't, can consider returning me the gems for 11 training field? I will spend time to re build all of my fields...

my game seem to reverse to few hour ago or half day ago,

some quest when I clear already is now unclear, Armor gone !!

my enchancement is wasted, need help here !!!

normally what do you provide to gree so they can run a check? just in game ID?

Got a reply as well, but I'm rather disappointed Gree hasn't taken any noticed & fix in the issue.
Here's the response I've gotten so far:

"Have you updated to the latest version of the app? Try re-installing to see if it helps"

I've responded that the update as mentioned in my earlier ticket seems to be causing these recent bugs. Tried reinstalling the app, but it didn't fix anything. I'm hearing other people losing armors, etc. as well.

@Others:
I advise u guys to take Screenshots of your armors and settlement just in case these recent bugs gets worse like last time we started losing our armors. Especially there's this big event coming where they might put another update & cause major problems again.

I sucked it up and bought more TF's. I had none, now i'm up and running again with a full Lvl3 TF Kingdom. If your loss of gold is the biggest issue for you, i'd advise you do the same.

I would keep replying to the email they sent you as well.
My gut says they either won't start working on a fix for this until after they institute the changes tomorrow, or any fix they have will be included in that.

Sorry to hear about for your plight justice, it'll probably be a good idea to just send them one email requesting a fix if their previous email didn't help. Be polite of course, I would advise against sending multiple emails repeatedly.

Finally got a reply.

Says that it has added the amount to my account. Sorry for the trouble.

Nicer email. More helpful. But it doesn't state how much I am getting & when.

Haven't receive any gold or gems...

Did you try deleting and reinstalling :).

Glad you finally got an answer. I have had a couple tickets about missing boss rewards that were never responded to. I just gave up.

Like 30 times before I finally gave up. Tried to restore with iTunes... But didnt know how to get that to work.

Like I said guys, suck it up and work hard to get them back, if you'd done it straight away you'd be close to normal again now..
