confused about transfering to a new device

upgraded from iphone 4 to iphone 5 today so came here first and checked how to upgrade, the latest info I could find was to simply back up on my old device then restore my new device and open the game, then restore data when it prompts but the game isn't opening on my new device, just sitting on the connecting to server...


do I need to contact support?

contacted support nearly 24 hours ago, no response at all so far

i sent a ticket couple of times before, took about 4 days for the automated service, then another 3 days for ' a professional' to help my issue.

edit: i never transfered my game so, sorry cant help.
