Brawl event???

Hello all,

Is there a minimum level for the brawl tournament?
I do see the cup in the right bottom but no event on my goal list
Im level 8.. playing on a galaxy tab.

It also says data version 3.7 build: 101?
While my other account says build:307

Doesnt update and no avail update in playstore..
What can I do?

I believe that the mininum level is 10, not 8...

people.. if you want to camp. don't camp too early, get to lvl 40 or so and stay there
