Hit strength goals

Hi all - hope you're enjoying the new quests and format. Question: what is your average hit strength vs level coming out to be? I am 182 at level 127 and was hoping to get a sense of what the "pros" are hitting mobs at. Granted there are almost limitless variables in play like weapon / armor / hero points - but I was hoping for a general sense.

Have you averaged your hits over the course of a quest before?

Define pro.

I average 275 with the new weapon and 140 HS. Highest hit ever recorded today :302. There does appear to be a point of diminshing returns with HS, but with the new exponential stat model and raid limits, there's nothing else to put the points into.

No real definition of pro, I guess those who like the game and enjoy sharing their experience :)
New weapon just increased mine to ~240/hit. Happy happy happy!

Shin, at what point would you say there are diminishing returns on HS? I've been stockpiling skill points and have been tempted to put more in HS, but I'm trying to refrain.

Is thats so, what is the ammount of exp needed to reach level 224?

Skyraiders isn't lvl 223. That's just the number of upgrades he's made to his hero strength by gaining skill points through leveling up, completing map quests, etc.

I keep hearing reports of less damage than can be accounted for with my standard equations for damage from players with over 200 HS. Having only ~150 myself, and five rigorously tested data points of my own that show a linear relationship between hits and HS, I can't confirm them. But multiple people have reported it so I'm having to take it on faith.

At first I thought this too (less damage), but within 24 hiurs my 50 points swing has risen and my kill rate has improved.

There is a level cap at 200 so I could not be level 223........ However I have invested most of my skill points in HS seeing along time ago that LTE and LTQ were going to play a key role in boosting your stats. I did not see the inflation going up the way it has but it's a bonus since I went heavy with HS. Of course there is no substitute for gems....lol

As for figuring out how damage is done ......Shinazueli.....I am curious ......when you plug in the numbers for the equation... Is there anyway to account for monster att and def....more about def than att. I have noticed that as I progress further on LTE LTQ .....my average dips a little. I have noticed this on other events however for the most part I hit 295,300 per attack.

Now that I think about it does a monster cause more damage to someone with a lesser armor?? I have never really bothered to notice.

I'm level 200 with Hero Strength of 260 and I have the winter sword. 115/105
I took a trip to the Lost Isles just now. This is what I got on the first hits:

I guess weapon attack (an probably added armor attack) are much more influential for the average and max hit than the HS. I have HS 222 at level 147 (entirely free player, even not using free gems, it is so boring to install this stupid tapjoy apps) + weapon 76/94 + armor 44/126. My normal hits vary from 190 to 230, with maximum of 260. And that is sad :(
