Purchased Gems and got Cash

I purchased a vault of Gems during the current 40% off sale and I got cash. I reached out to Gree. Anyone have this happen before? What do I do with the cash I got? Thanks

I had this happen too. Bought 1500 gems but got the cash. It all got stolen too of course.

this happen to me but was my mistake as I was tired and press wrong button by mistake. I sent a support ticket to Gree but they said because I spent the gold there is no chance of me getting games instead. So best advice buddy is to leave the gold where it is and take a screen shot and send a support ticket to Gree.Of everyone going to have a field day withyour over vault but there nothing you can do but leave it there.

I wanted to buy 2 mountains of gems but I made a mistake with the first one I bought.I bought a mountain of gold instead.There no way I could leave as all the gold would be gone in a day.please could you help me out I know it my silly mistake but could kind and give the credit of 1500 gems that I wanted in the first place.Thanks for your help in this matter.
