Ranking Levelling Up?

I'm about to level up in the Ranking, from Major to Colonel

Does anyone know if these level ups come with an energy refill or anything extra?

I think it's pretty much as stated. $2mil, 10k valor, and an Elite Water Cruiser. No health, energy, or stamina refills.

Yes, they do not refill your stamina and energy or health. I have never even gotten a flash screen stating I ranked up. I just happen to notice the extra cash in the top left corner.
