Just wondering...

-No official statement, info or reply since days
-there have never been more complaining threads in the forum
-even direct questions to the moderators are unanswered

With the decreasing worldwide profits you should take care of one of your most important games and the paying customers. I hope you agree to that.

How about just responding to tickets almost 2 weeks old about missing accounts? Ridiculous.

Yeah keeping customers happy is very important and gree has a nice comfy cushion with our money look at paula dean.. Rich successful to broke with law suits in just a few weeks.. All came from customers.. We hold your company in our hands and you just don't realize that quite yet..
