So many factors how to even begin to answer that question?
What is your health Regen time?
How often does your faction Declare war?
What is your lvl and what is the size/power of your faction (determines who you get matched with)

You have 73 hours in a war or 4,380 min.
If you have a 6 min and 35 second regen time that would give you over 625 hits.
Assuming you use all of your hits successfuly on the best targets (highly unlikely) not hitting the wall and averaging 300 points per hit (because you are low level with high stats and have perfect information) that would net you 187,500 points. Realistically even with that regen time you would score 75k when you add in all of the realistic factors.

Sup has tiers of teams. Can't speak for the crazy penguin. Depending on commitment and lvl it is possible. Not sup1 though. Most people on here have no clue what they are talking abt when it comes to the top 2 factions. Lots of misconceptions.
