Seems ALL factions are having trouble filling there ranks even those inside top 100 with big names.
My Team has merged once before, after one battle they call us home and friends so it can be done.
It will always come down to who has best bonuses and placings in WD.
If you have a Core of players would it not make sense to put two Cores together and make a strong team???

For Teams in top 75, we dont want to play higher, we have our links for top25 and top 10 ;)
