First , I have been trying to get a answer to this since last week, I have not received a reply to a ticket in 5 1/2 weeks. I have been playing for over a year and I have been in the same top ten faction for all 7 wd events.
That means I spend money.

I am confused as to why this is being ignored.

Why does my account say suspended after trying to retrieve my password?Is this the reason I have not received a response to any of my tickets in 5 weeks? Also no response to my PM's and thread.

I feel for ya man. Similar thing happening to me on the crime city side. Not as huge as your case though...

I wish you luck in your quest for acknowledgement/resolution of your problem.

Admins only seem to act if it comes to a ban in the forum or to close a thread it wasn't always so...I feel sorry for you...
No wonder that the quarterly results of GREE inc. are going downwards...increasing the milking process won't make this any better...I hope the learn from their faults...
If not...there sure are other ways to spend your money in the future.

I am quoting an official GREE document...it is on their Corperate Homepage for everyone to see:

"To target further growth in the smartphone market, GREE plans to continue investing aggressively in bolstering its development structure and increasing its lineup of new social games, while improving customer satisfaction by enhancing its customer support and strengthening compliance. They're pretty dang quick to fail.

What about my issue? PMed all of you and have had no account for 12 days now. Last response from support asked for my device info. That was SEVEN DAYS AGO. Guess you guys don't want me buying gold for this war.

Already have the credit to blow, after this weekend, going back to free. Can't justify supporting a company that doesn't give a **** about the people who pay their bills.
