A few members in my faction using apple devices have seen massive stat drops in the last few minutes when they view there profile, does anyone know why this is? Could it possibly be that it is now showing there unboosted stats?

My stats are all over the place at the minute, one minute they show one thing, five minutes later I check and they've dropped 10k. Close the app start it again and they change again to another total. Non of my boost buildings have been raided, just not making any sense at the minute.

I had screenshot just before end of FvF, and another after award units were issued. Stats dropped 12K/21K after the units were issued, so bigger drop than that.

Unknown if units affected it or like mentioned earlier that it was a temporary hiccup....

Step 1 - Contact faction to have a moan.
step 2 - Think about sending a ticket in.
Step 3 - Pointless putting in a ticket. Go to forum instead.

Same problem here.. iOS device, removed the app from quick-launch, also deleted and re-installed... all different variations of stat losses from 30k-70k on each side with each start up.

I should add that my other account has stats that are unchanged, even after the distribution of prizes upon completion of the Faction PvP tourney.

I can say it has something to do with boost multiplying.
I got the Warship Zabrze or whatnot at level 19.

Ok so I have all boost buildings at 10. Random faction and unit boosts to sea at 16%. Upon receiving my Warship Zebra, my attack went up exactly 400. Ok I get that higher units knock lower units out of your army. But I still bring 20/19 ghost operatives to battle. (How do I know? Because they die during attacks and raids.) So dropping an 20 stat unit should bring me up at least 426. And yes I know that the ghost operative could be boosted but then we are talking about a 46 attack stat loot item that is boosted over twice it's value.

So please a mathematician or someone who understands please enlighten me.

Flag bonus issue perhaps??? I have Iran flag and on iOS but my stats didn't change. Those in my faction with either German or Russian flags are the ones seeing their stats drop. So that might be the problem. Hope this helps.

I hear you Lemon...I was speaking tongue-in-cheek, but then again..."aware" and "fixed" aren't exactly the same...lol

For example...Gree has been "aware" of the leader-board and prize distribution (or lack there of) problem from the last crate event. However, as I unfortunately know too well, it is yet another problem that has not been "fixed" despite said awareness.

My LLP didn't receive any tournament rewards...doesn't even qualify to participate in these events...and her stats dropped too. Also, there are people in my faction who DID receive rewards and whose stats DIDN'T drop. It may have happened concurrent with the rewards but it wasn't caused by receiving them.

Five of my teammates are having the same issues as everyone here. The sad part, it is not just the users of iOS devices that are affected by the sudden drop in attack and defense stats after they received the prizes from the recent Battle of the Factions, users of Android devices are also affected. Team Lady MaMa strived hard and spent real money to be in the top 250 and maintain the lead only to be knocked down in stats after receiving the prizes--shouldn't it be the other way around? This is really a disappointment and with the upcoming Battle for Poland, a resolution should be Gree's utmost priority!

No, its actually not considering i just changed my flag to germany and dropped every valor i have earned in the combat tournament mission on expert drones, just to have them wiped out in a few hours. I have lost more units in 5 hours than all of the war in madagascar, and have not lost a single raid today. Btw, i had arou d 700 fits in madagascar, so this is quite substantial. I lost a total of 9 valor units in 4 days of war, 16 in four hours of greedys screw up. This is not funny. Not one damned bit. All that work i put in and payed for lost to grees incompetance.

My top 45 configuration has changed also. I am Russian but now the tanks have moved up. I do not think it affected US and Iran players. Hopefully they fix this issue soon. I do not want to pay Gree to switch Nations for their screw up.

Again...getting a response and actually fixing the issue are two entirely different ball games. They always say they are working on the problem(s), but results speak much louder than words.

Well seen as i cant make my own thred ill post it here! Thanks to gree and the customer support lmfao or lack of support this will be my first and last ever post! I am a free player and have been reading the forum for months and put up with gree's lack of responsability to therer customers (free or paying) you still have a responsability! Im an officer in my faction and for months have been asking you to fix my issues on the android platform ie i cant select poss recruits to see there stats b4 accepting there request yet everyone else in my faction can. Then there is the scratch card issue! Freezing every morning without fail! No reward for me for months! The boss events are less than useless freezing and booting no rewards. The stats issue how can i play a game if im BLIND would you drive your car in the dark with no lights on an unlit road? And today is the last straw. I wake up collect my cash, use my energy check in on faction forum see the stat issue check mine and yep im short too! Oh well i will do a bit of raiding, 25 raids later and ive lost 28 yes 28 count them 28 brigend lightenings 4 2000 valor tanks 9 attk drones 7 hardend marines 9mil in cash units! Gree you have made the game unplayable. I was lvl156 with 200k stats an iph of 900k and loved the game but that is it for me now the game is uninstalled!

Based on the info so far it appears that stat drops are related to flag bonuses, specifically Germany, Russia, China, and UK. While it appears that Iran and US have had no stat drops.

Anyone with Iran or US, if you could check to see if the bonus time for Energy or Stamina regeneration is affected.

If it is affected, then all flag bonuses are impacted, and we just happen to see the problem in the A/D stats because they are the most visible. If not, then it is specifically unit based. Either way, in theory, should be a relatively easy problem to identify.

This relevation won't fix the problem, but maybe that info will help the "engineers" to identify the cause. It appears they are having a bit of trouble doing it on their own.

We only have infantry attack +10% as a faction attack boost, my stats however showed a small increase when i left?

It might help you track things down, or it might be a display glitch, or it might be...... something else
