Any admin please help. Why does my account say suspended after trying to retrieve my password?Is this the reason I have not received a response to any of my tickets in 5 weeks? Maybe your suspended for further investigation ? have you been doing some fishy stuff ? if not just sent ticket to support again, the will get to it for you.
