CJ , please help. Why does my account say suspended after trying to retrieve my password?Is this the reason I have not received a response to any of my tickets in 5 weeks? Also no response to my PM's and thread.

Did you purchase gold and get a refund because some players have had their accounts banned after doing so. Someone could have reported you as a potential hacker or you violated TOS or something like that, so they put this message on to get you to respond to them.

I have an issue with 2 of my faction who have been suspended and have tickets in. Asked CJ for help and no updat. My entire faction of 52 are considering quitting and asking for all purchases from apple and google back which is going to rum into tens of thousands.

Anybody having issues with game just saying connecting since this morning my game. Will not load just says connecting no messages nothing deleted and reinstalled the same, i will also be asking for a refund on purchases as i can no longer play. Unable to contact support from within game

I would recommend starting a separate thread. I doubt anyone would respond to a post in a thread, when some ne already replied to the op.

You could mail them or call them. I did a quick search and couldn't find their number but i'm sure it can be found..
