what is average time to get old account back from grave

phone crashed and resetted and wondering how long till they take to fix my problem i would like to do some fighting on these battles

I had to restore my account about two weeks ago when I got a new phone. I submitted my trouble ticket at about 8 PM EST and got an email reply within an hour. They had requested some additional account info to verify my identity, which I immediately responded to. My account was then successfully restored the next day at roughly noon EST. This was during the middle of the week, so I did not have to contend with the weekend.

I reset my phone about 5 days ago and lost my account I've emailed gree a few times trying to get my account recovered but still haven't heard anything back from them does anyone know if there's anything else I can do to get my account back other than wait for them
