What happened to the syndicate forum?

I'm unable to see more than 3 post in it. Earlier it was possible to see about 50 posts I guess (after scrolling, of course)
I'm on android, and this is happening since I got new game data few hours back.
Our syndicate uses facebook as a method of communication but still there are about 10-15 players who aren't yet on facebook.
If this problem continues then it's going to be difficult for our group to communicate with others

I use LINE, I think it is not bad, but some of my pals using it speaks of latency issues, so far ok for me though...

on-topic: So what is the character limit, anyone has this info off-hand?
