Does it take a week and counting for gree to respond to a missing account that has taken a lot of time and money to build up. Quite frankly it's shocking that we as a community continue to be treated this way. Sort it out gree I'm rapidly losing patience.

I am just guessing that the bigger spenders either haven't had this problem or had it quickly fixed. Otherwise, this forum would and probably should be on fire over this. I feel bad for you. This is terrible.

I would urge all people still without their own Bases to lodge a formal complaint with the BBB at www.bbb.org and send a request to Apple to try and reclaim any money spent on gold.

The pure inaction of this company is despicable and is tantamount to theft as we now no longer possess the items which we have spent our own money on Gold to obtain!!!!

Will they listen to us then?!?
