Need help setting up rss feed of Funzio forums for palringo.

Anyone have any idea how I go about setting up an rss feed of Funzio Forms?

When I click the rss button for announcements the url shows:
http://www.funzio.com/forum/external.php?type=RSS2&forumids=73

For General:
http://www.funzio.com/forum/external.php?type=RSS2&forumids=72

Would those be considered the feed URL?

Any help would be appreciated :)

Bump. I am using the lower link but it is not the same as the general KA forum
