health regeneration or power attack?

For beat the boss, should i buy med pack or do a power attack for the higher lvls

Med pack because you can get three hits, wait one minute, and then get an additional two while as if you get the power attack it equals about four hits

Med pack=5 hits(from waiting after third hit)
Power attack=4 hits
