Level 25 seems to be the common thought. I have two LLP's one at level 23 and another at 27. The level 23 does not have it while the level 27 does.

25 for LTQ not sure on Boss

my understanding is level 6 you can see the boss events...i have another account and the last boss event i was level 5 and could not see him until i got to level 6.

I get Epic Bosses on my camper iPad account. It/they started showing at level 12, I get through a few rounds on each one but don't go far to limit leveling. I'm currently sitting at level 21. :)

But at 21 he is deff of age you should reconsider everyone deserves a drink at that age.
