50 gems doesn't even begin to address the mountain of gems I paid for but never received....no response on the ticket either. We won't even count the lost opportunity for a higher win bracket for my guild had I been able to receive the gems.

Support ticket unfortunately and about a week is what it took for my friend to get game back from a lost device.

About 9 days actually hopefully it won't take this long for you.
