Rivals list is a miss

I'm on level 250, and can only see players in the 180 range. Anyone else have this problem?

Im on 86, The people i see in The rival list show as 85 or 86, but on Their profile they are 87, 88... I Think thats strange..

Im a lvl 183 and was beaten torn and ripped apart by a lvl 250

My guess is it has to do with how many mafia you have. Someone may correct me if I'm wrong since I'm not that high level yet, but I assume when you're up there, the rivals levels are much more flexible than the plus or minus 1 we usually see.

Ya Trev came and visited me. I'm level 218 and he is 250. He had 1 million + atk / def.

I'm level 250... Can only see levels 183-190 with the occasional level 250 player under 800 mafia. I can do the normal fight and rob against the level 250 player... But can only rob the lower level players... Gree, please fix this issue

my rivals list is out of whack as well....I hit refresh 10 times and get the same 40 people over and over. can't find my usual no bankers, and various robbery targets no matter how many times I refresh the list

Same issue here, almost everyone is too beat up to attack, forced to become a garbage building robber to get RP. Sent in a ticket, and as per standard, no response yet.

Yep got this problem, rival list list them as 119-120 but I face and pillage up to 126. Have 530mafia can fight up to 600 at max.

It seems like the levels were frozen prior to the LTQ, as I'm being consistently hit by people at the level I was prior to the LTQ, and the people with the largest level discrepancy are those who completed the LTQ.

The issue isn't that you can see people higher than you, but that the Rival's List is acting decidedly inflexibly and severely limiting potential targets. People who would normally be too beat up to appear on a Rival's list show up anyway (though you won't have the option to attack them), and perhaps it's because the game isn't recognizing that people are too beat up or whatever, but before this it seemed like you'd have a much wider array of targets to choose from, and it's easier to find high def/high IPH players, because the players like this guy:

wouldn't normally show up on my Rival's List because this guy probably spends 90% of the day as "too beat up" to show up on any Rival's List.

I don't think I'm articulating my point well, but what I'm trying to say is that players like the one above wouldn't show up on my Rival's List, and there's typically more variety to it as the game filters out the "too beat up" players, whereas I'm currently only seeing the same X number of people no matter how many times I refresh.

....at level 70-80 I would find and rob night clubs , pagodas etc......now at level 102......my rival list proposes me to dance with hoods with 0 IPH.....hoods with 0 buildings ....just an idiot waiting for a $2 win in a fight........I'd rather be a target than an eternal Don Quixote ....fix this Madame Gree !

BigMoney, I think you're articulating it quite well, I'm seeing the same issue.

Tired of robbing the crap out of such a small killing field myself. I prefer attacks to robs most of the time.

Bigmoney I can understand that's a problem, but you misquoted me. I was referring to the post that I quoted in that post which had to do with a rivals list that was functioning completely normal in the sense that he couldn't see people above and below his mafia bracket.

He can't see the people in the high mafia brackets with his 500 mafia and he can't see below a certain threshold either. Thankfully, his list is working unlike my old ipod which I could actually see up to 1000+ with 300 mafia ._.

I keep getting the same people since the ltq, also noticed that i can attack and rob people in my mob which shouldn't be on the list to begin with.

Pawn, what I was saying is my rival list was bugged by displaying only lvl119-120 but when I check their stats for robbery for a couple time its show me lvl126 and more:/ before it wasn't working that way, mob didn't count in for rival matching its was entirely by level, that pretty much why I was surprised. The change occured todays and all last week I was able to see the people I was stalking their hood, but now I loose a big cashcow(2xLvl10 NC,2xToy Box 1-7, 2xPagoda 3-7) that why I'm pissed off my last hitlist is no more valid.

i am lev 250 and the problem remains..
i can only see levels 180-190 (i can only rob those players) and occasionally lev 250.
