I have tickets open for a month with no response, is there a problem with the system. I have sent multiple ( 20 ) private messages to admins as well with no response. I can not log into into the zen desk either. Admins please help

"the problem with the system" is that they are understaffed or slow. my oldest current ticket is from march, all i get is generic replies, then now i have a ticket open to get my account restored because it went missing, no response.

What really annoys me is the generic response after one week of no action saying, please get back to us if this is still an issue,

I've logged tickets using the zen desk and never get a response and when I go to log back it states wrong password, I'm almost certain it's intentional

I am having the same issue, I changed my password and now it states my account is suspended.
I've logged tickets using the zen desk and never get a response and when I go to log back it states wrong password, I'm almost certain it's intentional

I'm still waiting on my bonus gold from May. I honestly believe I could walk to California and get a quicker response than to wait on a response from my ticket, and I live in Michigan! It's amazing to me how quick they can ban you from the forums but if you spend $1200 in a month..good luck in getting any customer service! Last chance today or I'm raising hell with Apple!!

Make header with your problem and that it's urgent
If you have to start a new ticket make sure to include the old ticket number
try and be as respectful as possible
I do these things and have always gotten compensation and responses from Gree

Seems my tickets are answered pretty quickly if I am not demanding or rude.

The longest I have ever had to wait was 7 days. the shortest was 7 hours.
I'v always gotten a generic message, but after i reply to it saying the problem was not resolved they usually fix it in a day or two.

The guy who helped me within 7 hours of submitting a ticket was Rick. Seems to get the job done fairly quickly.

Anyone else deal with him?

I sent in a ticket with screenshots of almost an entire hacking faction in Madagascar. Got an email back a couple days ago asking if I was still experiencing the issue, and if so to return email. How am I supposed to know if they did anything about it?

My last 5 tickets or so have been completely ignored. I'm pretty sure they just block emails asking for any sort of refund now, and once you're blocked you stay blocked, even if you ask for help with something else..

I've not been able to access my game since 18th. No reply to ticket or forum PM. Gree just don't seem to care about their reputation for customer service.

Only thing that ever helps me is to change subject to anything other than "modern war issue report". If your prob involves money (ie didnt receive gold etc...) send ticket wait 14-15 days max and take it up with apple/google or better yet your credit card issuer.
