We had a few retire and we just cleared out some campers, now we have 10 spots open for new recruits or maybe a smaller faction willing to merge into ours, active players only for obvious reasons. We aren't a high ranking faction yet but looking to move up. We have an assortment of non-gold to medium gold spenders and have plenty of bonuses to offer.
