Gree you took my gems again

So, i selected the mega button to attack the guardian. Experienced a server error so I hit the mega button again. First mega suddenly registered, my gems dropped by 25, and my energy refilled.

I did not select the energy refill button, I hit the mega attack button. Why are other buttons refilling anergy? This is the second time this had happened to me in the campaign. I want my gems back, again.

Understood. Already did. Just posted what happened to get additional attention to the issue and allow others to post if they experience the same.

Your not alone. I have lost over 250 gems due to server errors. I would suggest you not attack an enemy unless you are in an area with a good wifi or cellphone reception. If you have no gems in your account, then you can attack whenever as much as you want. but if you receive a server error message and you have gems in your account I suggest you stop attacking until you can get a better wifi or cell signal. For some reason the server automatically deducts gems from your account. I have no idea why though...

But like Mr P said, just submit a ticket and they should take of the issue for you.
