Been waiting for GREE to answer my ticket for a week now no respond...
Anyone has waited that long to a ticket respond?

Don't worry this is normal for Gree. Sent a ticket 6 months agin reporting a hacker in my alliance. Checked my allies. He's still there :P

Lol common guys be serious...
Last ticket took 6 hours to respond and before it less then 24 hours.
Now that gold is in the matter it takes a week.
Or they ignore my ticket or it's normal and I got lucky the last two times
