I have a friend who cannot access his account on his device since an OS update went bad. He contacted support, but it's been 5 days and he hasn't heard back. Is there any way you can help expedite his ticket since he is unable to play the game? I know I can't post his ID here, but I also didn't want to PM you out of the blue... any help would be appreciated.
