There are like 17k guilds created total? Just throw up a modal in game and ask people to like the post. You'll get over 1k quickly. Not gona get that much conversion via forum.

And thats why there should be a lvl limit to create guilds. Somewhere between 50 and 100 :) That would take away all the guilds without members to fill them. Worked well on some of the other games I have played.
