As some of you know, we got off to a rocky start during today's launch of the event. Our team has resolved the health and health pack issues that some of you were reporting to us and they should no longer be an issue in stopping you all from enjoying the remainder of the event.

As an apology for the issues that had occurred today, we are going to be crediting everyone with 50 gems this Monday to help make up for it.

Again, we do apologize for this and hope you enjoy the event.

I've stated this in a few threads but hope this clears things up on this for you.

"Just an update on the matter, support does have the logs for each hit/refill used during the event and YES those that did have an issue will get the gems back to cover the hits missed. Note this isn't a full refund of everything spent but only a refund for the hit(s) that were missed out on."

Not overly, but I think you are saying everyone gets 50 gems credit.
Those who lost more, get a refund of their gems plus the 50 gems?

It seems that 1 person at least is still having problem with missing hits.

And a few others are having problems with the health re-gen bonus not working.

Appreciate your efforts, and informing us of Gree's plans on compensating the players that experienced problems with this issue. This is definitely a step in the right direction.

Still no gems. Some members of my guild received gems within minutes of the completion of the war, and many have yet to be credited. Is this expected to be dealt with before starting the new quests?

This makes it seem that everyone would be getting the 50 gems. However, I have not received any yet and it seems I'm not alone. I went ahead a submitted a ticket just in case. I just want to get back the gems I lost.

And his other 2 posts seem to be directed at the gem spenders. Myself being one...but I can't say one way or another if my refills shorted me of hits or not...I wasent paying close enough attention.(so I did not submit a ticket as I dident know) My first battles were distracted battles, I had my target..but wasent paying atten to how meny hits I did, was getting ready to go work,talking, doing a hundred different things at once,and hitting a attack button.
So was very happy to hear about the 50 gems for all.

We used to be able time our regen for enough hits, but I experienced not being able to do the last hit even if I had 50mins to regen for 2 hits! Is that normal? Had to resort to gems.

Also, CPS awarded was unpredictable even with a much weaker opponent, and with weird losses, what gives?

This does say Gree would be crediting EVERYONE with 50 gems on Monday, correct? Its Tuesday on good old planet Earth, did ANYONE get the 50 gems? And I am not talking reimbursement for erroneous gem usage from hitting the attack or mega buttons (I did get some of my gems back). This indicates a gift from Gree, for all players, for a bad experience.

Gree, how about under promising and over delivering; mantra of many loved companies...

I agree when are we going to get those gems I sent 5 tickets in on fri when this all started and nothing yet no gems back to me no ticket back to me nothing and they think people are just goin to keep spending money and letting them take the gems back and expect people to not get po about it we have to work for our money now we need an answer gree where are our 50 gems at

Have you received yours yet? I still haven't and I have two different games- neither has received them. I did purchase gems on both games. Somewhat disappointing knowing many received some :(
