If I have all the money to spend, and start a game today and let it level up fast till reaching level 40 can i get a stat of 100K att/def at level 40? Is it possible and how much will that cost?

Spent $2000 at sale season, buy 50 LE 2 set with the bonus, and you still have a lot of gold for events, hope you can achieve 100k a/d stat

I'm sorry but no you can't unless you camp for a year and upgrade iph and buildings to level 10 then you may have a chance but easiest way by 1000 dollars worth of gold and spend it all on LE sets like said before

Of course possible if you have the money , a member in my faction was level 25 with 100k stats during China wd , he was from top 2 syndicate of crime city and spent much gold on modern war.

Cow, if he has all the money to spend, no need to build an economy. Just go for gold units and continue spending gold.

Plenty of need to build an economy, cash is required for a lot of things now including faction boosts.

I'd advise going very slowly and making sure to buy as many two LE sets as possible with the rare being a unit you have the most boosts on.

I've spent about $1000 on my "mini" account - it's now around 210/330 at level 79. Get into a good faction, you can normally persuade a Top 25 or 50 faction to let you free-load points wise by chipping in $100+ for the world domination efforts; meaning that someone else can score on your behalf.

If you'd done that, in a Top 10 faction, for the past two events then you would have gained raw stats of 45392/45736 as well as a number of great boosts.
