Cannot join faction iOS

Hi guys, I seem to have a problem with sending a request to join a faction. I would press request and the first time I would get the loading circle. After a little it will disappear. No message for nothing, then I press request again for the same faction and it says server error. Help?

i would do the usual.....restart game/phone/ uninstall/ install game

If you are trying to join a specific faction, you might have the wrong code.

Suggest you try joining a random faction, if the request goes through, game works okay, your code is wrong. Try the reset described above. If non of that works, time to contact support.
