In the past few hours, I've been getting an error message.

There seems to be a problem with your network connection. Please check your network settings and try again.

Error Code: 100007

My internet connection is fine, I'm properly connected and not sure what the issue is. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Yeah, it's unplayable. I've tried deleting and redownloading and it still won't work, and yet, I think I just deleted all my stuff by deleting the app. Did I? OH NO!

I've done that, it doesn't work. I'm using iPhone 4S, actually. So I'm still unsure about the problem.

But now I'm worried, because on the loading screen, it says I'll get gems after completing the tutorial, does that mean I just reset all of my data for Knights and Dragons? Because I deleted and then reinstalled the app.

Lol weird the tutorial loading thing happens to me too except my data didn't go away it was still normal

Well, is the problem persisting with anyone else? It's still happening to me. This really sucks because I can't fight the epic boss, nor do anything else.

Yeah i've had this happen to me a few times whereby that error keeps persisting. Even after killing the app and reloading the game, i get into the game and before i can tap on anything that error pops up. I gave up after 7-8 tries and left it alone. Went away a couple of hours later.. and this has happened multiple times.

I had the error occur on me while fighting Jackalope, when i reloaded i was dead and wasted EE. Pffffft. Not impressive i must say.

I've had the same problem for several days, deleted and reinstalled K&D. Now I get Error Code: 3
I'm using an iPad 2 with iOS 6.1.3
Sent Gree a support ticket.

Well Gree responded asking if I updated to the latest version. I replied yesterday and they still haven't responded.
Game is still unplayable for me. I don't know what's the problem, and I'm REALLY annoyed.

I got that error code at first, too. I deleted the app and I've been getting Error Code 3 now.
Gree still hasn't responded to my request, and it's been 48 hours, and the game has been unplayable for about a week now. :c

Thinking of just getting rid of the game period.

You think you guys are annoyed. My 8 year old has been watching his older brothers (and yes his father) play for almost two weeks now without being able to get into the game.

THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I'VE REBOOTED, DELETED THE APP, SENT TICKETS, POSTED ON THEIR FB, EVERYTHING. I HAVE RECECEIVED NO HELP FORM THIS LAME GROUP. THIS IS BEYOND FRUSTRATING...AND MY 8 YEAR OLD IS BEING BEYOND PATIENT THANKS TO THE INEPTITIUDE OF THIS COMPANY.

I see how your issues with the game are frustrating, but I think you're old enough to realise this is a community, not a helpdesk. We are not obliged to help you, especially with things we obviously CAN'T even help you with. Take a breath, sit down, let your kid play on your device while you figure out what would be the best way to reach them. I'd suggest sending a PM to The Wise One. One with a little less rage, might get you a lot further.

Since the appearance of Deva, 10 hours ago, everytime I attempt to play K&D, I get a please re-load message, after countless reloads, resetting of the iPhone and uninstall/reinstall I have still been unable to gain access to the game I'm wondering if anyone here has experienced this.

I'm getting an issue only when I'm on my phone network. I can't get into guild chat. Can only get into it while I'm on wifi. Is this a known issue?

I'm still having difficulties with contributing to guild as each time I try I get a please reload, I have contacted Gree they sent me an email saying the issue had been solved however I'm still running into it, bit hard to run a guild when the guild master can't even contribute.

I had this error message for 3 weeks straight and couldn't play again until there was an update for the game, I'm not sure if it will be the same for others but I still haven't got any compensation for that loss, I missed getting Jian+ :(

Dude, I believe that error is beecause you might have updated your phone to IOS 7 (hence the 77777 error). The game is not compatible with IOS 7 yet. You need to restore back to IOS 6.1.3.

Ever since I updated the app yesterday on my iPhone 5, I keep getting the 100007 error code. Have iOS 6.1.4. Sent a ticket in and nothing back yet.

Maybe some prempentive strikes to totally nuke the last hackers? Something like an hack shield... If you didnt nothing, simply wait and it will be solved.

Same here. I updated the game today and since then I'm unable to access the game. Every time I try to get in, it says there is an error in the Internet connection but my Internet is working perfectly fine. I hope this gets fixed soon.

I have downloaded the update three times and it wipes my kingdom clean I have to master reboot to get it back ... Any advice?

Same thing was happening to me, someone said that it had to do with your time on your device not being correct. I turned on the automatic time again and it worked again.

For those who can't play due to the 100007 error, what I did to fix it was turn off automatic settings for date and time and manually set it and it seemed to fix the problem for me, so give that a go. If you already do yours manually try setting it to automatic and see if it resolves the issue as well.

They simple fixed the boss glitch that lets you get all boss rewards for free in a couple of minutes. Now, to play, your phone should have the correct time settings ( check the auto time box on the settings) and it will work fine. Also the app is not compatible for ios 7 as so eone else said, so will obliviously crash.

For those who can't play due to the 100007 error, what I did to fix it was turn off automatic settings for date and time and manually set it and it seemed to fix the problem for me, so give that a go. Thanks, I was unable to play for over 24 hours, I changed my time settings from manual to automatic and the game loaded, the only problem now is my clock is 4 hours ahead. Thank you for your help!

Your friend list is directly proportional the the time the game freezes. I had a friend list of around 100 and my game froze for 30 or so seconds. I've reduced it to 45 and it now only freezes for 3 or 4.

If you have a large friend list, my advice is to ditch most of them.

After the last update for Android (1.1.2.2.2.28055) several armors do not show correctly for me when equipped by the knights. So far this happens for Brawler's Armor and Monstrous Garb. Basically they look like they're fighting in their underwear. Which is fun but the real problem is that those same armors do not show up in the Forgemaster menus either. They are completely missing from the list.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? I could not find anyone else reporting this bug so far.

My stormrage kept showing up as a Snakeskin, but the problem wasn't just its appearance. It's stats were that of a Snakeskin even though I double checked that I had equipped Stormrage.

I've had a bunchhhh of network errors in the past also, though they have seemed to slow down now.

My main problem right now are just crashes. I am using an Itouch and I know people have had problems with crashes before too when for example watching video offers on my device buttt..I can't even view my guild members and my guild contributions at this point. Its pretty frustrating not even knowing who is in what guild.

At this point Im considering making my own guild and seeing if that'll work, but I can imagine that being way more ronerly. The guild bonuses do sound nice o.o. Anyone experiencing this or having this? I could view my previous 10 member only guild fine. this one is 23

I've been receiving it since I first started playing the game.

Instead I had to restart from scratch. Which I didn't mind that much, because I was only around level 14 and just started playing the game. I was back level 1, but got to keep my friends.

Another issue I've got concerns the friend limit.

I currently have 33 out of 106 friends and I would like to have around 50, but I can't.
I always have a few friend requests, but if I try to accept, it says that I've reached the max amount of friends that I can add. I have been requesting some people with higher rankings in the arena occasionally, because I was looking for people around my level to help me in the epic boss fights, but if they don't accept my request, why can't I accept people that request me? Shouldn't it be like: you,ve got 106 friends, you can't accept anyone else. Instead of: you have requested 106 people, you can't request anyone else. (If it works like that, I'm not entirely sure.)

(I'm using a galaxy tab 2 10.1)

Im also playing from a galaxy tab. but I havn't got any of the problems you mentioned.

Thanks for the reply, now I know that about friend reqesting.
Then I really hope that they accept or remove me since now they can see what level I am and such.

I think there is an issue with my game.

I keep getting notifications that I am getting guild invites, but when I open up the app and check there is nothing.

Anyone else getting this? Or suggestions on how to fix it?

I have another issue, my profile seems to have frozen on level 18 while I'm level 78. Currently I'm on spot #456 (Amelia) in the damage leaderbord and my profile shows my character at level 18. The same counts for my profile in my guild. This doesn't make any sense...
