View Full Version : Guild Quests not showing up

Since this afternoon I've been unable to look at the guild quests that are available. When I try to open the guild page I get an Error Code: 100001 and the page comes up with no quests. I can still access chat and everything else, just not the quests. Anyone else having this problem?

Same here:
"There seems to be a problem with your network connection. Please check your network settings and try again. Error Code: 100001" when I try to look at guild. Everything else is working fine.
Sounds like the guild is run off a different server than the rest of the game, and it's down. They STILL need to fix their error messages so they're not telling us we have a problem when it's a problem on their end.
Wise One, please shoot someone with a nerf gun until they do that.

Not seeing them is one thing. But I just have this feeling that the 1000+ arena points I earned didn't count towards the quest we were on :( Hopefully my feeling is wrong.

Let's hope that this outage is because they're setting it up for the Guild Events. :)

I don' get any error message but every time I go to my guild the game crashes, I really need someone's help

I have exactly the same problem, so you're not alone (and neither am I, hurrah!). Let's hope there are many more like us, that Gree actually care, and that they're working on fixing it.
At first I had no problems with the My Guild page. That was when we only had a few members in the firt few days.
Then when I tried to access chat it crashed 90% of the time. The last time I was able to chat I told my Guildies about the problem. I could still see others chat (last two lines) but not join in without crashing.
Now I can't access the My Guild page at all without crashing the game. I can't do any donations, so my own development is now suffering, and like others I can't see what the current challenges are, or view our Guild description.
I'm worried that when the Guild Events start, I won't be able to join in and eventually my Guild will get fed up and throw me out.
I've sent issue reports to Gree, and so far all they've suggested is that I delete the game and reload. I've done that half a dozen time, and that hasn't fixed anything.
For reference, I'm playing on an iPod Touch, 4th Generation, running iOS 6.1.3

Wow man, sorry to read that but honestly I m so happy I m not the only one, i had exactly the seme steps you had, first chat, than everything, I hope my guild wont get rid of me because of that.
If I delete the game I m afraid of losing all my data, can we really delete the app safely?
Another info that might be useful is that I m playing from Switzerland, are you in Europe too??

None is responding in any thread, and I can't believe it's just the two of us experiencing this crash.
Maybe they re too busy fixing other less relevant issues.
As I wrote previousely I' like to start my own thread but I cant.

No, I'm on the Pacific Coast of North America.
Regarding deleting the app and reloading, you can try it and it should be perfectly safe; they actually recommended this to me as a possible fix, and I've done it several times but it fixed nothing. The problem is clearly elsewhere and beyond my control at present. There is one player on this forum saying they lost all their data, but we suspect they're just trolling. If in doubt send an issue report asking if you should do the delete/reinstall before you do, and await their confirmation.
A useful tip they did give me is to do a forced save: go to your main knight on the My Knights screen and hit Okay. That saves all your current progress, so if you do then crash the game you don't lose things like currently crafting armor.
I expect lots of people have this issue, but we're the only two reading this thread.
Judging by the people I see and beat in the arena, clearly a lot of people are just playing as a passtime, and not getting too involved. They've levelled up armor that isn't worth wearing, don't set their team with varying elements etc. I've been playing a couple of months but only just got round to spreadsheeting my armors to see what's worth developing and what gaps I need to plug.

Maybe the problem is that we're playing on ipod... Who knows
i hope tey'll solve this huge bug
