Don't sell anything, because your IPH is not so high. Save all the cash that you can, and upgrade your MT's to 7 and Lofts to 5. After that, save for your first NC.

Also, stop leveling. You should camp.

Your next goal should be your MTs to 5.
MTs to 6.
Lofts to 4.
MTs to 7.
Lofts to 5.
Sit back and save for your NC. Then upgrade it to 2.
Sit back and save for your 2nd NC. Then upgrade it to 2.

Don't worry about your other buildings. They'll become obsolete as soon as you have a NC2.

I'd also recommend getting a Limited Time Building whenever you have the cash and can grab a unit.

im at 3.3mil cash in bank so the LTB's are out of the picture for me, also, for the camping, does it mean i dont do the boss and LTQ's?

It's not a complicated game. Just do what you like and don't worry too much about it.

mxz has a sound strategy for building one's IPH. I wonder if I should do the same. I'm two levels way from being able to acquire the Dominican restaurants (which I've heard good things about, as well as checking the spreadsheet). Should I make the switch to a camper syndicate then (at level 31), or continue as is, working on levelling my Lofts and MTs? There seems to be differing opinions on the value of the Chicken & Waffles building (not terribly expensive at 36 gold each, and the ROI is decent, but not great), so I'm still on the fence with this one.

If you want to be in a camper syndicate, send a PM to Bala82.

Thanks for the input. Last I checked, the Happy Campers syndicate was full. If Bala82 is in a different syn, I may contact him later on.

It's already been verified that CCC is for Crime City Christians and CcC for Crime City Criminals.

Touch of sarcasm? Either way, could be the most agreeable/sensible thing I've seen you write in a response, well put...

No sarcasm. I never understood all the importance people place on building/upgrading in the right order or camping until stats/iph equal a certain level.

Well, I tip my hat to you. I'll admit I have a new found respect for you after those last two statements.

To the OP... You're not gonna get better advice than that^^^

I agree with this. The upgrade info on the MT and Lofts is really good advice. I don't agree on how to get there. You can rob/crush weaker players being highly selective and make the money to finance those upgrades. I easily make 5 million a day...a lot of the time more on robbing alone. I am around your level. The only thing that really "slows the process down" is the building/upgrade time (not really cash flow). Keep your equipment upgraded with the best gear so you can rob 99% of the players you encounter and play all of the events to further optimize your gear. Keep a list of high payout players to farm. There are a few cheaters and mega campers you will never be able to rob, but you'll never catch those players camping either. Having said that I play a lot, so this strategy works for me. The other catch is your income needs to come from a very diverse set of buildings rather than a few high output buildings. You want to be able to get into a rob war with idiots stupid enough to retaliate against you and ALWAYS come out on top. I farm those kinds of people hoods hourly. Their buildings literally become my buildings and if you level you can keep up that relationship for a very long time...depending on how stupid the person is.

Follow mxz's plan...I may detour from NC for a LTB building if it's cheap enough.

And you can do LTQ's and Bosses, but try and slow down and only do those...but, it depends on your style and you don't sound like a camper...

The other catch is your income needs to come from a very diverse set of buildings rather than a few high output buildings.

At L73, this is very hard to do....Unless you were able to get Pagodas, NC will be the vast majority of your income, until you get late game buildings, like Casinos, etc...

I have Pagodas @ L5/L3, DS Mills @ L3/L1, Toy Box @ L5/L1, Lofts & MT @ L7, and Upscales @ L4. NC's are still 60% of my income...
